Rental is for up to 8 hours and price depends on number of people:
Up to 25 people $2500.00
26-50 people $3000.00
51-100 people $4500.00
Tent or Barn
Included with rental
Our party barn is currently being renovated, in the meantime a tent will be provided.
Tables & Chairs

We will provide all the seating needed for your event, setup and ready to he decorated
Linens
Included with rental
We will provide all your linens, in your choice of black or white. Additional colors available for extra cost.
Parking

Parking is in grass, a parking attendant will be provided for your event
